Killers and Saints Studios is a place to come in have fun and enjoy the art of making music. To make sure that everyone has a good time and is satisfied when they leave, (including the owners/engineers) these rules have been put into affect.

1. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the studio premises at any time.  No exceptions, this is a ZERO tolerance policy.
2. We can only accept cash or checks as payment. Currently we do not have credit card processing
3. Clients are required to maintain a backup copy of all sessions. It is not Killers and Saints Studios responsibility to store recording sessions.
4. Only individuals that are involved with the recording/production are allowed on the studio premises during sessions. Distractions can cost a loss in time and money for both the artists and the studio. This includes friends, fans, girlfriends, boyfriends, spouses, entourages, etc. Unless prior permission has been granted.
5. Children 13 years  or younger are not permitted on the premises unless they are a member of the band recording and accompanied by an adult.
6. Absolutely no food or drink of any kind is allowed in the recording control area. Food should be eaten in the designated lounge area only.
7. All other studio areas require that beverages have lids or caps.
8. All sessions that amount to ten (10) hours or more require a 50% deposit due 1 week before the scheduled start date.
9. For any and all other hourly sessions, payment is due at the end of each session.
10. Cancellation of a session must be made 48 hours prior to the session start. Any cancellation after this time will result in a non-refunded deposit.
11. The studio is a place of business and it must be respected. Anyone who vandalizes, dismembers, steals, disfigures, or destroys studio property will be prosecuted.
12. Please help me to keep the studio clean, place all trash in the receptacles provided or take items with you.
13. This is a non smoking studio, but smoking can be done outside the studio facility.
14. The studio has 2 guard dogs. They are a part of the studio and are expected to be treated with the same respect as a person. Do not tease, antagonize, or harm the animals. These dogs can be locked away if necessary for allergenic reasons.

All members of the band are required to read and follow these rules. Any violations will result in the immediate termination of the recording session without refund.
